Our Process:

ONE: Find properties you love:
Tell us your buying criteria (e.g. # of bedrooms, suburb, price, etc) and we’ll come back to you with a list of addresses that match!
Then you narrow the list down to homes you love.

TWO: Write a message to the owners:
Express your interest by crafting a personalised message to the current owners. Customise one of our proven templates or write your own introduction – which includes your contact information.

THREE: It’s Doorknock time!
Messages are sealed in Doorknock envelopes and hand-delivered to the chosen addresses by a trusted local real estate agent.
– Agents can not view the letter or buyer’s contact details – this remains private.
– Agents pay a small fee to advertise their services to owners, majorly subsidising the costs for buyers.
