North Shore Mortgages

My name is Jan Jensen and I am known as the North Shore mortgage adviser or mortgage broker. I work for Mortgage Managers as I share my time between my home office located in Mairangi Bay and our main office in Hobsonville.

Of course these days I do a lot of my work over the phone and online, but still enjoying meeting local people especially on the North Shore which is an area that I know and love.

The North Shore of Auckland has changed a lot over the years and will no doubt continue to change, but it’s a great part of Auckland to live in and to own property in too.

There are the old established areas, the bays where I live, what was once the new areas and now the North Shore extends a lot further north and still includes lifestyle areas too.

Being a mortgage adviser on the North Shore I get to see a lot of the area and a huge range of properties too.
