When you purchase a package and add your listing you are also agreeing to rules for both this website and our two successful Facebook groups. This ensures that we can retain the quality of the memberships and that should also make sure that you get value for your membership over the long term.
There is also the understanding that the agreement will be updated as required, and at the sole discretion of the managers.
It is also understood that this marketing agreement is on a month by month basis – meaning you can cease your membership at any time for both the 1st Directory website and the Facebook groups, and it also means that the managers can cancel your membership at any time.
Listings
All membership options give you a business listing.
- This listing can have a link to your own website giving you a backlink.
- You are allowed to post the link to this 1st Directory listing on the Facebook groups when posting or commenting.
Articles / Blogs
The Premium listings have the listing plus are able to post an article (blog post) on the 1st Directory website each month.
- Premium – the articles can have 2 backlinks each to your own website.
- Premium Plus & Premium Full – the articles can have 3 backlinks each to your own website and these articles will be posted on the Kiwi First Home Buyers Group each month to generate extra traffic to your listing and ultimately to your business website.
These articles will be written by you and with a topic of your choice, but it also needs to fit the criteria of being helpful to the Facebook group members. We have provided the instructions to make it easy for you.
The articles will be completed and approved by the website managers before being published or shared.
