Our fixed fee means you know the cost regardless of how many attempts you make to purchase a home, or how many meetings or calls it takes to work through things before settlement.

How Do Our Fixed Fees Work?
Our fixed fee service includes:
- No charge on a fallen/cancelled agreements due to non-satisfaction of any condition.
- No charge to review of any auction documents.
- No extra charge to meet with you after hours, including the weekends.
- You have the ability to contact the solicitor by text and/or by phone on their mobile phone after hours.
- We provide the ability to attend meetings by video call such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime which enables us to help you wherever you are in New Zealand.
- Our fixed fee includes processing the Kiwisaver withdrawals, and any dealings with Kainga Ora too.
